Free shipping on all orders.
Domestic delivery within the UK takes 5-9 business days.
International delivery takes 8-15 business days.

• All estimated delivery times are for city destinations—orders to remote areas may take longer.
• Restrictions and insufficient capacity in some countries may cause delays.
• Orders may be detained by overseas customs for clearance. We will do our best to inform you of any delays, if possible.

• Shipping costs for international orders do not include customs duties/taxes.
Shipping Process
Our distribution center is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Please note:
• Orders placed during promotional periods may experience shipping delays due to a surge in order volume.

Track Your Order
• All orders are tracked by the logistics carrier.
• You will receive an email with a tracking link after your package leaves our distribution center.
• To track your order, please click the tracking link in your shipping email.
Home Delivery
• All orders are authorized for placement and dispatched.
• Even if you are home, we will still record your name. If you are not home, the package will be left at a secure location if one is available; otherwise, it will be delivered to the nearest post office where you can pick it up with your ID and tracking information.
• After your order is placed in a secure area, the delivery driver will make every effort to note the location or take a photo as proof of delivery.
• Your order is considered “delivered” once it has been delivered to your address.
• *Please note that if a signature is requested after shipment, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Business Address Delivery
• Specifying a company as the delivery address means that anyone at that company address has the right to sign for the package. This is because packages sent to company addresses are usually signed for in bulk by the receptionist or mailroom, and are usually received on behalf of the person at that address.
• If your order is sent to the company address and someone else signs for it on your behalf, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
• If you are ordering high-value items from us, we strongly recommend that you provide your home address. This will ensure that only the resident of that address is authorized to sign for the package.
Customs and Import Taxes
Goods shipped to countries outside the U.K. may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any package shipped outside the U.K., as the recipient, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any applicable taxes and duties, and the cost of returning the package.
