We offer a 14 days return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label with instructions on how to send it and the correct address. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
All returned items must be in their original condition.
All items must be in brand new, unused condition.
All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging.
Multiple items must be returned together.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for returns due to our error (e.g., defective items, wrong items shipped, or quality issues). For eligible returns covered by us, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: personalized or customized products, final sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page), and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged beyond normal inspection.
Returning Defective Items
If your purchased item has a quality issue, please return it to us. Please be sure to include all relevant documents or a copy of your order number with the return package. Otherwise, your refund processing may be delayed. After receiving your product quality issue report submitted through the returns portal, we will send you a QR code and a printable prepaid return label via email.
If the garment is brand new and unworn, we will replace it.
If the garment is worn, we will repair it and return it to you.
If it is irreparable and due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.
If the garment shows signs of excessive wear, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement due to a manufacturing defect.
Return Processing Time
We typically process returns within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your original payment method (varies by bank or payment provider).
Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed in the original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of your approved return request, please contact us at [email protected].
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer exchanges through our online store. Instead, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred item.
Lost or Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number for reference. If your return package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
