We will email you when your order has been dispatched with a link to track your order.
Once you have placed your order, it starts to process immediately so we can deliver to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
As part of our sustainability initiatives, Yorink orders will arrive plastic-free with paper tape and Yorink labels.
In some instances, we may have to cancel your order. Should this be the case, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund shortly after. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
If this happens, verify the following information:
• Your billing and card information is correct and up to date.
• The items and/or quantities of items that you are ordering have not exceeded the limits set forth on the item page.
• When you place an order, we put an authorization hold on your credit card in the amount of your order. This hold secures the funds and is not charged until your order ships.
• If your order is canceled for any reason, Yorink ‘s will send an authorization reversal to your bank. The time frame for the hold to be removed from your account varies, as it is determined by your bank or credit card company.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We kindly as you to provide as much information as possible when getting in touch.
Once you receive this email, Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

If you believe your item to be faulty. Please contact our Customer Service team.
Once inspected and confirmed as faulty, a full refund will be issued, including delivery charges where applicable. Our Customer Care team is available should you need further support.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once your order is placed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
We recommend reviewing product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.
We do not currently offer exchanges through our online store. Instead, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred item.
Once we receive your mailed return in store, we’ll process your credit immediately. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed.
Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Shipping and Delivery
Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order is on its way, which will confirm which items are being sent in each package.
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method.

Have an issue with your delivery? Please let us know, within 30 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information, if you did not receive your merchandise, wrong merchandise, damaged, defective, or missing merchandise. If you do not report this within 30 days, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
Orders placed before 1:30 PM are typically shipped the same day, while orders placed after 1:30 PM are shipped the next day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please feel free to email [email protected].
Our delivery partner will leave a notification card with contact information and instructions for the next steps to receive your order.
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, the shipping fee will not be refunded. By placing an order, you confirm and acknowledge that all information you entered is correct.
We make every effort to ensure on-time delivery. However, sometimes factors beyond our control can cause delivery delays.
Unforeseen supply issues or unexpected demand occasionally cause items to be out of stock. If your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the reason for the delay. You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed.
Order prices do not include any local taxes and import duties. You may be required to pay applicable import fees.
The billing and shipping addresses can be different. However, both addresses must be in the same country, so please make sure you are visiting the correct website for the country you want to ship to.
